Got some clue about my problem...
Maybe some of my files are encoded with CRLF and some others with LF only.
It is really a mess, does eclipse automaticly modify the LF/CRLF
properties ?
I've set the "text file line delimiter" to "unix" on the root project, but
switching this setting do not change anything, so maybe I'm going the
wrong way...
