[news.eclipse.newcomer] Coloring Syntax and Workspaces

Hello,

I have just installed Eclipse 3.1 and I'm not able to share the coloring 
syntax definitions between different workspaces. In other words I defined 
my custom syntax coloring in preferences->Java->Editor->Syntax Coloring 
for a workspace and I would use such preferences in other workspaces.

In Eclipse 3.0 I used to save preferences in a file using import/export 
button in the Preferences form and, when I create a new workspace I simply 
import such shared preferences.

I can I do the same with Eclipse 3.1?
