[news.eclipse.newcomer] Problem with 3.1.1 update

Hi,

I am trying to update from 3.1.0 to 3.1.1. I used the instructions on the 
eclipse.org site to select the 3.1.1 update site 
(http://update.eclipse.org/updates/3.1).

The update progresses until I select to update "Eclipse SDK 3.1.1 Updates". 
I get an error from WTP 0.7.1 that J2EE Standard Tools Feature (0.7.1) 
requires plug-in "org.eclipse.emf.common". This seems to be a new 
dependency. Is this correct?
