Pavel,

The Javadoc that shows up in the code assist popups is read from the 
source attachment for the target classes.  So if you want to get the 
javadoc from HashMap, you'll need to have the java source installed... 
i.e. install and set up your target VM as the Java SDK, rather than a JRE.
