OK, I got an error message with something to the effect that "The web page
you are trying to access is not available in offline mode", then there is
a button "Connect". I hadn't tried to connect before because I'm never on
the internet! After reading your answer, I realized that IE probably just
wanted to connect to the Tomcat server, so I cicked it, and help magically
appeared!
