[news.eclipse.newcomer] Create new run configuration for second project

When I add the first project to my workspace and select "Run..."  thereÂs a
proposal for a run configuration under "Java application".
But when I add another project and select "Run..." the configuration for the
first project is active and IÂve to manually add a configuration for the
secons project.
Am I doing something wrong here or is this normal?
