We have an RCP app on one guy's machine at our work that takes two minutes
just to launch. The rest of us are fine and the app comes up right away.
He said he has noticed it degrade slowly over the last month. We use
Eclipse 3.1 and jdk 1.0.5_5, so the latest. The CPU does NOT appear to be
pegged when it is coming up.
