[news.eclipse.newcomer] How to create a product?

Hi, I have created a plugin for eclipse 3.1 and I have select the rich 
client option. When I create the product, first I have created the product 
configuration element, eclipse return me an error.
In the file log generated I see that every error derive from the jar 
element that eclipse doesn't find. An example is the error generated from 
the Message element...elcipse return me that javamail.Message is missing.  

How I can resolve this problem?

Help me please!!! Excuse me for my bad english but I'm an Italian boy
