[news.eclipse.newcomer] Question about setting up access and using a dat

Good Afternoon,

	I have been working with eclipse for about 2 weeks.  I have spent the 
last 3 days trying to set up access to our database to use to populate a 
jsp page.  Whenever I try to add a database connection it gives me an 
error message saying it cannot find the JDBC driver.  I think the zip 
file containing the driver is not in the correct place.  Can anyone 
help?  Does it need to be under the eclipse directory?  Where?
