[news.eclipse.newcomer] Just installled Eclipse, does'nt run on Windows

I get this error when, when i try to start Eclipse

I google on this error and i was searching on the archive on of the 
mailinglist, but i found nothing.

I installed Eclipse on c:\eclipse when i start eclipse.exe i get this 
error, i tried to add -vm to start of eclipse.exe pointing them to the 
java version installed on this computer.

In directory c:\Program Files\Java

j2re1.4.2_04
j2re1.4.2_05
j2re1.4.2_06
j2re1.4.2_08
jdk1.5.0_03
jre1.5.0_02
jre1.5.0_04

Anyone  nows how to solve this error ?
