I have the same problem on FreeBSD 5.3 with latest version of eclipe. I 
cannot get help or the main four links on the welcome page.

I think one needs a configuration option so the help pages can be set to 
use a file reference or a dynamically allocated port, or a user chosen 
port.

I really need a quick solution.
