[news.eclipse.newcomer] Open a new view from current view

So, here's my problem. I made 2 views and when I click on a button in the 
first view, I want there to open up a new instance of the second view. I'm 
pretty sure its not that complicated to do this, but somehow I'm just not 
getting it. Any help given on this would be great.
