Leela,
CVS AFAIK cannot be proxied over HTTP...
CVS has no proxy support.
This has nothing to do with Eclipse.
Some CVS implementation (Tortoise) seem to support SSL transports.
But I do not know how to set it up. Most lilkely this does involve special
server settings.
