[news.eclipse.newcomer] How to get set Proxy for downloading code from C

Hi All,

I tried to get the source code from CVS, but am unable to get. My system 
has connection to the internet via a HTTP pnly proxy. However I am able to 
get code from SVN (sub-version) with out any problem. I tried setting the 
proxy fron Install/update option in Preferences under Winow Menu options, 
still am not able to get the source code. I tried with other CVS tools 
(1.11.14 Version, Command line option). All the time the message I got is 
only an - unknown host. The details of CVS server I am trying to connect 
to are - 

Host: dev.eclipse.org 
Repository path: /home/eclipse
User:  anonymous
Password: Blank
Connection Type:  pserver

This is the first time I am workin with CVS in Eclipse and with CVS, so 
please help in connecting to the server and get the source code from it.
