Use the -data Eclipse option to point to your exsiting workspace.

Note your workspace will be upgraded for use with 3.1...you will not then be
able to go back and use this same workspace with 3.0.2

Thanks, but let me see if I get it right: I should download & install 3.1, then start it up from the command line with the option -data $path-to-my-workspace?

Isn't there a clean and clear way, just some option to find inside my current Eclipse? I guess no, ah well.

Cheers, H.

You are using the 3.0.2 release of Eclipse which does not have the 1.5
support.
1.5 support has been added in the 3.1 stream of Eclipse. Try 3.1 M6

How can I upgrade from 3.0.2 without having to re-import all my projects? It doesn't give any results if I do Help -> Search for updates didn't give me the option to switch to 3.1.
