[news.eclipse.newcomer] How to create jsp files and HTML files

Hi,

I am newe to Eclipse Editor.I m using Eclipse3.0
I have a project to do.
I will require many HTML and JSP pages for that.
Can i develope those in the IDE?
Or alternatelly can i make them using MS Frontpage and put it in my 
project space? If so then where should i put them?
