Its definiately worth the price. I particularly like the addition of the faq's to the help content. If I may make a request that the articles be added as help content as well? In case there is a FAQ's 3.1 :-)

Amazon has a great deal on the book:

Why did we remove the free preview FAQs from our website?

We had >20,000 visitors during March. We tried making money on the site
using Google Ads, but no one clicked on any of them. We made $3 in total,
but Google won't pay until you make at least $100. We just renewed the
website's lease which costs us (the authors) about 5% of our revenue on the
book. We received our first statement from our publisher. The short
conclusion is that we owe them money!

Unless more people start buying copies online or in a bookstore, we really
cannot afford putting the FAQs up for free anymore. We spent many, many long
nights and weekends on this project. I hope you understand our motives.

In short, don't ever write a technical book thinking it will make you rich
:-), unless it is the next "Design Patterns".

I just noticed you work for IBM. If only you and all your IBM colleagues
reading this post order a copy, we could open up the website again :-)
Namely, the majority of access to our website is directly from IBM domains.
