I have a native Windows XP (i.e. with ?en_US? locale) and Eclipse v.3.0.1. I?ve downloaded and unpacked the multi-languages localization pack (NLpack-eclipse-SDK-3.0.x-win32.zip). In this connection, I have two questions. Could I see now the Eclipse?s interface (menus, dialogs, etc.) in Chinese on my ?en_US? Windows XP, and how (step-by-step)? Does the Eclipse?s interface automatically switch on Chinese one on Chinese localizes version of Windows XP (with localization pack installed)?
