Eclipse key bindings are VERY configurable - it is quite possible to set 
it up so that the majority of typical usage does not require the mouse. 
If you haven't already, take a look at Preferences > Workbench > Keys 
and set it up so your commonly needed actions are mapped to keyboard 
shortcuts.
