I tried several times to download and open this file
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/S-3.1M5a-200502191500/org.eclipse.platform.doc.user.3.1M5a.pdf.zip
from various servers but the file can't be opened.
This file must be defective.
