[news.eclipse.modeling.mdt] Re: [Announce] Papyrus component proposal

Hi,

This proposal is still active and different groups are working together to be able to deliver a first code base if the project is accepted.

The proposal want to create a large community to create and maintain a complete UML environment for industrial uses so everybody is welcome in the project.

I will add you as interested party in the proposal and I think one of the project leader will contact the ArgoEclipse team soon.

Regards,
David Sciamma

A proposal to create a new "Papyrus" component as part of the MDT subproject has been posted to Eclipsepedia (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/MDT-Papyrus-Proposal). Technical discussions about the formation, scope, and direction of this new component will take place on the eclipse.modeling.mdt newsgroup (please prefix the subject with [Papyrus]). If you have comments or ideas, or interest in contributing to the component, please join in the discussion!

This sounds like an interesting proposal. I'm surprised it hasn't sparked a single comment in two months. Did it die an early death?

If it's still active, I'd be interested in exploring collaboration between ArgoEclipse and the new project.
