Hello Tonte,

UML2 modemodel doesn't provide neither Description nor Requirement for UseCase. 


I suggest you the following solution - create a profile for your case. It's 
simple:
1)create a Profile diagram
2)create a Stereotype for UseCase
3)add all needed properties/constraints
4)define the profile 
5)apply it to your UseCase diagram
6)apply the stereotype to UseCase
