Michael,

After fetching the code and all required drops, I get a compiler error:

The method notifyChanged(Notification) of type 
DynamicResizeDirectionsEditPolicy must override a superclass method 
org.eclipse.uml2.diagram.common/src/org/eclipse/uml2/diagram/common/editpolicies 
DynamicResizeDirectionsEditPolicy.java	line 65

Not sure it affects how the plug-ins work though.
