GMF resources are not actually included into the generated plugins. Please 
vote for
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=165808 if you think it has to 
be changed.

Also please feel free to submit a new bugzilla for associations issue.

I can not reproduce the problem (associations between classes are 
successfully created) and would highly appreciate any information about your 
steps to reproduce it.
