Hi,

There are no binary distribution for diagrams yet (due to the 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=165331).

Meanwhile you may access diagram sources at the CVS 
(pserver:dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/modeling repository, relevant modules are 
located under the /org.eclipse.mdt/org.eclipse.uml2.tools/plugins)
