[news.eclipse.modeling.mdt.eodm] EMF to OWL

I'd like to transfer a model in emf to owl, but I'd like to translate the 
instances that are in a XMI File. 
EODM support this ?? 
If not, there are other tool that is supposed to do this or I'll have to 
write a parser to work with my particular EMF model instances ??
