Hi Paco
I've already made some models transformation with ATL betwwen UML and an OWL metamodel i've made (like in ODM) see this ATL use case

and the AMW use case
http://www.eclipse.org/gmt/amw/usecases/oamusecase/
But if you want to use the OWL metamodel provided with EODM you can find it in the directory org.eclipse.eodm.model (see CVS)
