I've repromoted the build because the MDT system doesn't know what to do
with EMFT-named builds, and fails to resolve pattern matches. (You have
to review your log files!) ;-)

As of this evening there should now be Europa M5 UM features, MDT UM
site xml/jars, javadocs, etc. Also fixed the URLs that appear in the the
announcement emails.

If you notice anything missing or broken, please report it in bug 174250.
