I have a couple of questions about ATL 2006.

Is there any document that describes precisely what is new in the ATL 
2006 compiler? I found a feature list on the Wiki, but it ends with 
"etc. " Is there more?

Is there any way of getting insight into the inner workings of the 
compiler? The atl compiler plugins ship with a set of asm files, but I 
guess these have been created from some source files. Are these sources 
publicly available?

The slides 'New announcements for ATL2006' mention examples to 
demonstrate the new features (revisited KM32ATLCopier, revised MOF2UML, 
acg examples). Where can I find these?
