Hi JÃrÃme,

You're right about the similarity between SpoonEMF project and Java 
Syntax Tree use case.
The main difference is that Java Abstract Syntax is just a MoDisco use 
case showing our approach of Model Driven Reverse Engineering and 
identifying generalizable principles for models discovery. This approach 
aims to exploit the metamodel as much as possible for designing the 
model discoverer. Moreover, MoDisco will not be limited to code to model 
injection.
Concerning the reference implementation, it will be available *soon* 
(within one month).
