Let me know if I understood your architecture well.

You do not have a UML model conforming to the UML metamodel, but you coded somehow the UML 
metamodel + the profile information in an Ecore metamodel, right?

Anyway, this error seems due to some particularity in your metamodel that we don't handle 
in the tool.

Do you mind to send to us your files?
