[news.eclipse.modeling.gmf] Does adding color children to figures Still

Hello

when am creating a figure under a figure descriptor i also add a 
background color under that figure, after generating the diagram code 
and everything then creating that figure, the figure is not colored as 
its supposed to be, does anybody have an idea whats going on here?
