[news.eclipse.modeling.gmf] Sync Problem with eclipse 3.4 emf 2.4 gmf 2.

Hi after saving an editor and  trying to change sth an error-message occured 
called : "the following files are out of synchronization with the workspace"

with eclipse 3.3 emf 2.31.gmf 2.01 it works.

do anyone know what we have to change or to do?
