[news.eclipse.modeling.gmf] dynamically adding the icon to palette

hi,

1) how to add icons to the palette using plugin.xml.
Please give me the solution in details. because i am new GMF.

2) if I drag the same icon and drop on to diagram surface. it should be
paste.
so what I need to do?????.
