Position: BUSINESS PROCESS MODELLING AND SIMULATION TOOLS DEVELOPER 


Working within a small, highly skilled team to develop a next generation 
modelling tool for both Business Analyst and Process Developer users.

This is an exciting green-field and strategic product development but it 
must also progressively deliver value from the beginning.

Location: Swindon, UK

Skills Required:
- Strong OOD skills using UML, preferably in conjunction with a 
recognised development methodology.
- We are using a number of the Eclipse technologies including SWT, EMF, 
and GEF, so experience of one or more of these in addition to strong 
existing Java is essential.
- Strong Java development skills, preferably backed by a recognised Java 
developer certification (not mandatory).

Of additional interest:
- XML and XSLT desirable
- Strong RDBMS – Oracle/SQLServer
- Operating Systems (NT, Unix)
- Strong commercial experience of usability and accessibility would be 
highly advantageous
