I am looking for off-site Eclipse contract development work, either plug-in
development or RCP application development. I am an experienced Eclipse
developer and the co-author (with Erich Gamma) of Contributing to Eclipse.
My development is marked by:
  * Automated testing. All development is backed up by automated tests
exercising the functionality.
  * Quality design. I make extensive use of new extension points in my
development to provide low-cost opportunities for further extension.
  * Frequent deliveries. I provide new releases weekly containing the
functionality planned and executed that week. The deliveries begin the first
week of the contract.

The result is fast, accountable, responsive, cost-effective development. I
bid projects for a fixed price, with the scope either fixed at the beginning
of the project or to be negotiated as we progress.
