Hello,

My wife and I each have over three years experience of building commercial
quality Eclipse plugins. We are available to take on your Eclipse
development projects either on a per diem or at an agreed fixed price
against reasonable specification. We would also be very pleased to assist
you in specifying your requirements and designing the project if that is
what is needed.

Our resumes are available on request, but to give you an idea of our
capability here is a run down of our development experience.

Joel Rosi-Schwartz:
        * Over thirty years of software development experience.
        * Develop in Java (J2EE), C++, C, Perl and Unix Shell.
        * Ten years of commercial Java, mostly server side. Six years
experience with J2EE utilising both the EJB tier, the Web tier and Web
Services. Experienced with JBoss 3.x and 4.x, Sun Application Server 8.x,
WebLogic 3,4 and 5.
        * Building Eclipse plugins full time for over three years.
        * Architect level OOAD using UML and Use Case driven development.
        * Proficient in XML, XPath, XSchema, JSP, Servlets, JSTL.
        * Over twenty years of database design and development using Derby,
McKoi, DBXML, ObjectStore, SAPDB, Oracle, MS SQL Sever and Informix.
Utilise Hibernate, JDBC and SQL. 
        * Competent with Ant scripting and custom tasks.
        
Barbara Rosi-Schwartz:
        * Twenty years software development of which ten years was academic
(Physics) and ten years commercial.
        * Eight years of commercial Java, mostly working on the front-end
GUI, i.e. AWT, Swing, SWT and JFace.
        * Building Eclipse plugins full time for over three years.
        * Very experienced in OOAD using UML and Use Case driven
development.
        * Proficient in XML, XPath, XSchema, HTML, JSP, Servlets, JSTL.
