[news.eclipse.helpwanted] [Help]: HTTP 500 internal server error

Hi,
I recently installed NitroX JSP-Plugin to eclipse 3.0.1.
Now, when trying to access Help -> Help Contents I get an HTTP 500 error.
I uninstalled NitroX and in Window -> Preferences -> Help Server I pushed  
"Restore Defaults" and "Apply" and restarted eclipse - the same error. I  
even deleted my eclipse folder, downloaded eclipse 3.0.2 and installed it  
- the same error.
Has anybody an idea how I can access Help again?
