I'm trying to run Eclipse on Windows Vista. I have been able to run it for
a few weeks without problem. I was using it the other day and it crashed
without any error messages. Since then, whenever I start it, I get the
splash screen, and the progress bar (on the splash screen) gets about 1/4
filled and then it exits. Anyone have any suggestions? I deleted the .lock
file in the workspace's .metadata folder, but it keeps coming back
whenever I attempt to start Eclipse. Since I configured Eclipse to use my
workspace and not ask again, I can't try using another workspace.
