Thank you - I copied your specific suggestions 1 and 5b to the wiki 
page. I did not copy 2 and 4 because the wiki already includes those.
I was unable to figure what specific suggestions for the development 
process are in 3 and 5a?  I understand that you feel that either the EMO 
management of, or the staffing of, the Architecture Council is 
inadequate, but how do you propose to change the Development Process to 
remedy this?
