ABSTRACT:

1) Release permanent Budget for: Project for enabling parallel worlds for Open Source Users with immense and annoying dedication
2) Add these users to the eclipse parallel worlds.
3) [OPTIONAL] Release one-time Budget for: Independent Efficiency Management (Limited Time)

-

You may have an annoyingly dedicated appearance in the eclipse community within the last months. Who has evaluated the eclipse foundation based on public available resources within eclipse.org (website, newsgroups, Issue Tracking System (bugzilla), mailing lists [slightly] ). But despite of all this work of this user with immense dedication, it seems that the work could all go to waste because of that it seems like the developers within the eclipse community just don't listen!

-

I would like to suggest the Eclipse Foundations Board three important steps to make sure that all this valuable information dosen't go to waste.

-

1) Release permanent Budget for: Project for enabling parallel worlds for Open Source Users with immense and annoying dedication

We should recognize that these extremely dedicated users must be treated with special attention and care so we don't loose their valuable services.

And therefore it is quite annoying to see that threads of these users in espesially newsgroups and Issue Tracking System (bugzilla) get interupted by 'ordinary' eclipse users/developers which just don't seem to understand the value of these users with such immense dedication.

So to make sure, that these frictions will cease and that we get a valuable repositry of undisturbed wisdom, I suggest:
- Make parallel news-servers.
- Make parallel Issue Tracking System (bugzilla).
- Make parallel mailing lists.

These news-servers, Issue Tracking System (bugzilla) and mailing lists should also recieve the posts from the 'ordinary' news-servers, Issue Tracking System (bugzilla) and mailing lists for transparancy reasons, so that when a user shows signs of be extremly dedicated, he or she can be 'migrated' to a parallel world with full transparancy for the user, but at the same time making sure that this user will not need to waste time replying to those 'ordinary' users/developers which seem to only want to obfuscate the threads of wisdom.

2) Add these users to the eclipse parallel worlds.

The Foundation should monthly make a evaluation of prospects.

The process for the selection should be obvious within the community.

-

3) [OPTIONAL] Release one-time Budget for: Independent Efficiency Management (Limited Time)

[Efficiency Management = Implementing the parallel worlds system]

Of course, many different companies or independents could be contracted for this.

-

I've invested already around one half hour for a first level parallel worlds system analysis. Not with the main goal of learning, but with the main goal of detecting barriers.

I would like to offer you my services for a time frame of 300 months starting in january 2006 (as my services are probably occupied for the year 2005) (goal: eclipseCon in Feb. 2031)

With regards and may you all have a happy and blessed new year :-)
