I did not got a response to this message, but I hope the eclipse 
foundation will detect at least the importancy of the first 2 steps.

Today [2nd Wednesday of December] should be the board-meeting, and I 
hope those topics - especially "Open Source User Dedication" and "User 
Representative" will be discussed there.

I've finalized my netBeans evaluation and will most possibly (99,9%) use 
eclipse for my personal projects.

NetBeans has some strenghts, which can easily adopted by eclipse.
