Ilias Lazaridis is quite famous in usenet groups and various mailing lists.
He's been annoying/abusing various technology groups at least since 1998. 
Look at his resume, http://lazaridis.com/resumes/lazaridis.html, no 
academic education, a lot of "evaluation of" jobs. Working mostly in 
"experimental",evaluation and failed projects.
So he's been harassing various technology groups for at least 5 years, 
he's probably 30 y.o. or more by now.. midlife crisis is nearing, so he 
moved into harassing bigger ones like Eclipse and Netbeans...

This guy is like a virus. Don't bother to argue with him, he'll just grow 
bigger. 
He will go away if he will be ignored. 
It's quite deceptive, you may read his posts and think -it's a lot of 
text, so it must be good.
