ok

Is the EMO a distributed team, or are they located in one office?

I understand [and agree].

I would suggest to place all this in a document "emo.html", linked from the government section of the website:
>>>
>>>Governance
>>>  Board of Directors
>>>  Board Meetings
>>>  Councils
>>>  EMO
>>>  Documents

Thank you for your answers.

A draft version of the emo.html document, based on your answers:

-

"The Eclipse Management Organization (EMO) is comprised of the employees of the Eclipse Foundation, Inc. a US-incorporated not-for-profit company.

There are currently five people working at the Foundation:

        Mike Milinkovich --- Executive Director
        Skip McGaughey --- Director, Eclipse Ecosystem
        Ian Skerrett --- Director of Marketing
        Denis Roy --- IT Admin, webmaster
        Sharon Wolfe --- Admin"

"[...]Sharon is responsible for administration of daily business.
 Specifically, office management, billings, record keeping and the
 likes."

" Currently 4 of the 5 people working here are co-located in an office
 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Skip McGaughey works in North Carolina."

"[...] [We] expect that as we grow we will become more distributed. There is value in having a small core team in one spot, but the real goal is to get good people, wherever they may reside."

On remark: the term "Organization" was personally to me somehow missleading.

Possibly "Eclipse Management _Office_" would describe it more precise.
