[News.eclipse.foundation] how to integrate our contribution

dear all

i have make my first helloworld plug-in, and it's already integrate with 
workbench. and i try to delete it in navigator but not delete the file. 
but now how i can that plug-in again.

I have try some many time with menu file and import but i cannot. i save 
my first plugin in workspace directory.
