As I posted in another thread in this group, the newsportal software has 
been updated, and it seems more reliable at displaying the messages.


Please do not report infrastructure bugs and problems in the newsgroups, 
as I do not have time to read them all.  For faster response, please use 
one of the following two methods:

1. Use the newsgroups component of the Community product in bugzilla 
(http://bugs.eclipse.org).  Those items were created in bugzilla 
specifically for this reason 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=57040).

2. Send an e-mail to webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxx  I read my e-mail regularly, 
and I will try my best to respond to all e-mails in a timely fashion.
