Just wondering.

I know there are many companies donate commercial tools
for Eclipse development. For example, I'm always bumping
into rose model files in different projects. As a private contributor
I do not have an access to Rational development environment.

I think to have common policy for donated tools, their licence
management and tools repository for committers will be really nice.

Any responses?
