[News.eclipse.foundation] Javadoc for imported api

Hi,
  i have a project that need an api. I import the package to be able to
use it. But now i have the javadoc for this api and want eclipse to be
able to use this javadoc, how can i do this? (i remember in jEdit i could
take the jar file and link to a doc folder with index.htm/html).... is
there a way?
