I am a little confused about the term "Ecosystem"

- Commercial Vendor Ecosystem, which includes
  - Strategic developers
  - Strategic consumers
  - Add-In provider members

or

- Commercial Vendor Ecosystem, which includes
  - every commercial vendor around and within eclipse

Is the EMO a distributed team, or are they located in one office?

the government section of the website:

  Board of Directors
  Board Meetings
  Councils
  EMO
  Documents
