What changed? It's hard to tell without reading the whole thing, and if its been awhile since you read the old one you have to read it all and determine if it still meets your privacy concerns. Parsing it all out to determine this is time-consuming and error-prone. Changes to things like privacy should be spelled out and not buried in the text.
